1、 Coffee potSealing detection equipmentTest Principle

Inflate the product with compressed air of a certain pressure and volume. If the product has an inflation hole, directly supply air to the inflation hole. 2、 Testing method.

Firstly, determine the testing standards, such as the protection level test for coffee pots and the IP67 protection standard. The conventional testing method is to inflate the product to a specified pressure, cut off the air pressure, and then detect the internal air pressure of the product. The detection data is collected and analyzed by a high-precision leakage detection system to calculate the leakage amount and obtain the leakage value. Compare the leakage value with the standard value to determine if it is qualified.
