2、 Demonstration of the airtightness testing process for water storage bags

Due to the high overall sealing degree of the water storage bag, the only air outlet is the middle pipe. Therefore, as long as the middle pipe of the water storage bag is aligned with the air outlet of the connecting instrument before testing, it can be fixed.

2. The inspection begins by placing the water storage bag into the fixture, securing it through the pipe opening, and connecting it to our instrument. The instrument contains components such as a valve island and a gas storage tank, as well as the program we have set up.

3. After connecting, press the start button. The upper and lower molds behind the water storage bag tube are closed, and the mouth of the water storage bag tube is fixed. The tool connected to the conduit on the left side of the fixture will fill the inside of the water storage bag with gas free of impurities, so that the airtightness of the water storage bag can be determined by the saturation of the air inside the bag;

If the water storage bag is not sealed and leaks, the leakage value displayed in the instrument will also increase, and the pressure value will decrease. At this point, it can be determined whether the water storage bag is leaking, and the instrument test result will also show NG, indicating that the airtightness test has not passed. If the tested water storage bag does not leak, the gas inside the fixture mold will remain constant after inflation, and the pressure and leakage values displayed on the instrument will also be stable. The instrument test result will display the word OK, indicating that its airtightness test has passed.
